I believe that fitness can be an important and powerful tool to better our (physical AND mental) health, but it can also be a breeding ground for unhealthy behaviours that are detrimental to our happiness and health.
I aim to provide an atmosphere and tone in my classes that is supportive, safe, non-judgmental and where you are encouraged to meet yourself where you are at.
I encourage you to tune in and challenge yourself, while you honour and respect your limits.
I want you to feel empowered, strong and capable in- AND outside of the gym.

Let me tell you a little bit about myself, the person behind "Live it Fitness".
My name is Mireille Nalder, I'm 44 years old, a mother of three beautiful souls...(9,11 and 13).
I'm Dutch, but moved to Calgary in 2004 to tie the knot with my Canadian love (now husband, who I met while travelling in Australia).
I hold a bachelors degree in Social Work and am intrigued by the psychology and dynamics within relationships, and especially the relationship with ourselves.
6 years ago, I started taking fitness certifications (AFLCA, Fit4Two -pre/postnatal-, and have added clinical courses around Compassion and the Inner Critic) and have specialized in Strength Training for women, plus Pelvic Floor Health.
